Opis

The camera that initiates a green cycle for cars coming up the port ramp to cross the highway and onto the 95 southbound ramp is not positioned well. If a car is within the lane marker, it doesn't activate. The car must be straddling the lane marker to be seen. Doesn't seem to be a problem for large trucks but if a car is at the front of the lane, nothing happens.
