Car Wash Flyers being distributed in the area. They are being left on high end cars, mailboxes, in Brier Creek area. The business is not registered w Sec. Of State but have business address: August Precision Hand Carwash & Detailing 8613 Glenwood Ave 103B, Raleigh 27617. No business license, selling car products no tax.
