1) Going east on Summergrove Pkwy towards the driveway, from the entrance to the Golf Course (not Overlook Approach the main entrance off Summergrove Pkwy), it's the first light on the right. South side of Summergrove Pkwy
2&3) Lights on either side of the Maintenance Shack driveway (North side of Summergrove Pkwy)
4) Next light on the right (south) side of Summergrove Pkwy. Almost directly across from the Maint Shack driveway.

Your map has #1390 on the north side of Summergrove Pkwy, there is no light there on the north side of the street, it's on the other side (south) of the street.
It's light numbers 1650, 2943, 309, 1390. There is another light on the south side of Summergrove Pkwy that is not on the enclosed map (bottom right corner) that is out as well. It's as dark as pitch there in the mornings so it's difficult to see all the poles when walking by.
