We will inspect location and if dumping is in the public space-sidewalk, tree belt, street- we will address it. If it is on "private property" - lawn, against house, backyard- by City Ordinance Public Works can't address it. We will recategorize issue to "Private Property" where it can be resolved. Thanks!
