To whom it may concern. this tree is located an the between the street and side walk of 173 pine street new Haven CONECTICUT 06513, we recently bought this property and we are doing the best we can to make the tenants feel more comfortable and secure and one of our concerns is this tree because it has long branches reaching the electric wires and the sidewalk is in bad shape because of it. Can someone please take a look and help us fix this problem? Thank you so much.
