There is a maroon Oldsmobile parked outside of 201 Orange street, with Nevada license plate 837 XCM. It has been there for over a week and someone is using it as a home, sleeping inside.
Oakland has an ordinance of 72 hr. Max for a car to be parked in the same spot.
Please can this car be asked to move.
