Description
Garfield, both ways from Metro Parkway to Hall Road, pretty much doesn't exist as a road anymore. I'm pretty sure I couldn't sleep through an air raid, but it sure looks like that stretch has been carpet bombed. You can't even call them potholes anymore...gaping maws of concrete death is probably more accurate. There is some evidence that someone has placed some sort of fill into a few of them but thank God for Mario Kart, otherwise I don't think I'd have the skills to maneuver around the crevasses. If the plan is to return to simpler times when we all had horse drawn carriages, well that's fine. But let's finish the job and tear the rest of the "road" apart. It shouldn't take long, I'll even bring my hammer and help. 2-3 hours should finish the 4 mile stretch.
