    Along Hoboken Ave a Jersey Barrier has been installed from the bottom of the hill to Route 139. There are no openings to allow bikers to get on or off and it has blocked access for animals such as this skunk to get from one side of the hill to the other. Can at least one opening be created midway?

    This is not a complaint. there is no place for a thank you. Every garbage pick up there is a single person working extremely hard dumping the wasted into the truck while the driver drives. This one person does every block by himself lifting tons of garbage up and down every block in all weather conditions. He deserves a huge thank you for his hard work. If he misses a house or drops something on the ground residents should not have harsh words. Trying doing his job and by yourself. Give him a hand and a big raise.
