Another week in a row - John/bozutto brothers illegally coming at 3:48 AM!!! This is again clearly a violation of the ordinance and they are blatantly doing this repeatedly.

Bozzutt Brothers is once again violating the ordinance - seen at 4:42 AM SOUTH of Trumbull of Street where earliest time allowed is 6 AM. Once again disrupting residents illegally. They have been warned and fined before already and keep violating this ordinance. This needs to be rectified with their company immediately.

AGAIN CWPM COMING AT 5 AM EVERY MONDAY AND FRIDAY TO THIS RESIDENTIAL LOT - THIS IS IN DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE ORDINANCE, THEY SHOULD BE FOLLOWING THE 6 AM TIME CONSTRAINT IN THIS AREA!!!

CWPM still sending trucks to this residential lot at 5 am consistently multiple days a week - this is extremely disruptive to residents and they should not be here prior to 6 am.

As you can see from timestamp Bozutto brothers/Johns continues to clearly violate the ordinance and is illegally coming at all hours of the morning. This area is north of Trumbull street and truck came around 4 AM this morning. This is continuing to happen on a consistent basis. CWPM has also come the past several Monday and Fridays around 5 am again illegally prior to accepted time. This issue needs to be rectified ASAP. These companies have been advised this violation for months now.
