Cats are beginning to prowl around this large area of trash and other unknown entities have obviously dumped more trash in the same area. This is a health hazard, and the City of New Haven needs to begin enforcement.

The heap grew bigger then disappeared! If Pike is using the driveway as a dump for bulking out vacant units then shame on them. Get a dumpster!
