Apologies for this over site. There was a staff error on the technology side that caused your issue not to be recognized.
With that being said water leaks should be reported by calling us directly. When choosing the Water Main Break category there is a warning that pops up asking citizens to please call. SeeClickFix is not monitored 24/7 while the phones are staffed 24/7.
We keep the category active to help provide the telephone numbers and because it is of great importance to us when this happens.
