Around 9:45am today (5/25) I was driving on Meadow St. towards Union Ave. There were too school buses idling blocking one lane of traffic in front of 54 Meadow St. and on the side of the garage. There was a car that was double parked on the opposite side of the street. As I was moving into the other lane, a car in front of me just stops his car in front of an empty spot in the lane of traffic and puts flashers on. Low and behold, it was a police officer obviously on traffic duty. He sees that there is absolutely no way for traffic to get by since both sides of the street are blocked - I was stuck there until the school bus left.

How lazy that you can't pull into a space and it is even more disappointing when it is a police officer who breaks the traffic laws.
