Deskripsyon

Ice cream van illegally stored in a park and ride lot for at least 6 months. Two big freezers in the back of the van. Park and ride lot is over full with people having to park on the grass and along the curbs. This van needs to be moved to a proper storage facility.

This issue has been referred to the Northwest District Station for review, an update will be posted once we hear back from them.

RPD has reviewed, their response follows: the vehicle has an out of state plate which is properly registered and insured. It does not come back as stolen. We have been unable to contact the owner. The parking lot is maintained by the State of NC, so we have no authority to have the vehicle towed. A message was left with the NC Department of Administration in reference to this complaint.
