    I believe this was reported before but what is the status of the yard waste that is on their property just off of Western? Am getting tired of looking at it. Been a few months now.

    This is year 5 of this! Honestly I can only be compassionate for so long. Our house values are decreasing and our neighborhood looks terrible because of this unkept house. It has to be cheaper to hire a landscape company weekly than pay the continuous citations. I am sick of dumping money into my property when I have a house like this around the corner for me that gets away with this!!! Trustees please help us!!! 5th Summer!!!! We are going to loose good residents because of unkept houses.

    The house is a HOT MESS. House went up for sale right next to it. I wonder why? Hold the owner accountable. Owner is cheating the town out of taxes. He is claiming tax exempt!!!!

    Live on the corner of school st and breamar, house facing breamar. We have children on this street and once a week or so, there are cars speeding down breamar I'm sure in excess of 45-50 mph. I realize this is, sporadic, but this needs to be address before there is an accident. You have installed stop signs on Wallace between Breamar and western I'm guessing for the same issue. Installing stop signs on all 3 corners at breamar and school at would help this and maybe install one at Breamar and Wallace. Something has to be done before someone gets hurt.

    School st in one way in am from 7-8 and in pm from 2-3. This creates traffic jams in both AM and PM keeping us as well as 2 other neighbors from having access to our drivesways either in or out for periods of 10-15 minutes. Parents jam the streets with cars 2 wide from Breamer&school street to the entrance of Parker. If there needed to be a emergency vehicle needed, there is NO way for them to go down school street from Breamer to Verne!! I have asked parents nicely to please keep moving and have been told to " mind my business" and as well as "F*ck you" We have a right to be able to have access to our drive ways when ever we want and not be blocked out 2 hours a day. As simple and cost effective fix to this is have the code enforcement officer direct traffic at Breamer and school street in the hours of the one way restrictions. We have been late to work several times because of this issue ...Unacceptable !!

    Mayor Braun I am requesting that you come look at this property. I am wondering how it would be to have to look at this home on a daily basis? All of the surrounding homes are beautiful. 5 years of this is ENOUGH. I am requesting that the grass be cut weekly. Just like all of the other homes in the area. Regardless of the situation this is ENOUGH!! Keep Flossmoor from going to the dumps. Weekly cuts were done on an abandoned house before. Hold residents accountable. 5 years of this requires an action plan!!! A cut once a month is not acceptable. Get it together!!

    This owner has not paid appropriate taxes on this property. Mayor was supposed to investigate this and take care of this last summer. Another year has past and the neighbors are trashing the house. The property looks awful and owner is not being held accountable.

    The sidewalk just south of this property is dangerously overgrown with vegetation. You can't pass by on foot or by bike without being scraped by branches.

    I am AGAIN reporting a very dead and dangerous tree. I have called this to the village's attention numerous times of the past 4-5 years. The tree is huge and located in the back yard a 2226 Carroll Parkway. It is only a matter of time before it falls on the Flossmoor Community Church Pre-school playground, children, my back yard, me or the neighbors..The bark is literally being tied to the tree with plastic. This tree has been dead for 4+ years. As the owners moved out in the middle of the night months ago, I am at my whits end trying to get this issue addressed. People are going to get hurt! Please let me know if any action and the date has been taken on this,
